It was an amazing experience and the gratuity of everyone and help was amazing. Thank you for keeping my dignity in place you know what I really am not gonna tell you again cause something bad’s gonna happen to you
Oh my goodness where do I start. How could you not give the food bank five stars? Not only do they provide one of the most essential things in life to those who need it most but they also help immensely in reducing food waste. So much food gets thrown out because it's "not good enough for the supermarket" while it's perfectly edible, all the while people are starving. TLDR the food bank is one of the most important things to society and they don't get the credit they deserve. There's nothing shameful about going there, it's empowering.
Amazing new locations and a really good backing in the community! This place is quickly growing and helps so many in the community. We have all been a little down on our luck here and there and the group of volunteers here work hard to help! I appreciate everything they do for the community! It was absolutely amazing that they hosted santa and free pictures for anyone who came thrubthe door. May they grow and continue to be able to help so many in need!
Absolute total respect and n all ways from the volunteers here. They want to help you not deny you help. They are very generous with the donations and will assist you in any way. Most in town do t appreciate those who have to literally access the food bank. It’s hard to make that call. But Med Hat is extremely generous. NOTE: Mustard seeds appreciated all food donations but a cash donation is really helpful as they buy in bulk themselves, and can get better prices more food.
My volunteer experience with the Medicine Hat Food Bank has been one of the most rewarding edperiences I have ever had. The staff and volunteers are all so dedicated and work hard to provide for people in the community who need support.
Really grateful for the services they provide to people.
They always make you feel welcome and are very kind to people whom are already not too proud to have to go in there and use the service. I love this organization!!!
